Selected Students will be recruited at Serum for *24 months of traineeship with a Stipend amount of Rs. 16K per month under Govt. of India’s* – Skill development Initiative - National Employability Enhancement Mission program (NEEM) through Yashaswi Academy for Skills, Pune as NEEM Trainees & after successful completion of their 24 months of traineeship under NEEM program, these Trainees will be absorbed into regular employment with Serum
